URU Metals ( (GB:URU) ) has provided an announcement.
URU Metals has completed the fieldwork phase of a ground-based frequency-domain electromagnetic survey at its Zeb Nickel Project in South Africa, part of a broader geophysical programme targeting magmatic conduit systems and potential semi-massive to massive nickel sulphide mineralisation. The company is now awaiting final processing and integration of this ground-based data with existing airborne gravity, magnetic and electromagnetic datasets to refine its geological model.
The combined interpretation is expected to sharpen definition of conductive and dense anomalies, improve understanding of mineralised zone geometry and continuity, and identify the most prospective locations for the upcoming drilling campaign. Management says this milestone should materially improve drill targeting at Zeb, potentially accelerating the project’s advancement and de-risking capital allocation for investors as URU prepares for its next phase of exploration.
Spark’s Take on URU Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, URU is a Neutral.
Overall score is held down primarily by weak fundamentals (pre-revenue, ongoing cash burn, and negative equity). Technicals are also soft with negative MACD and the price below key short-term averages, while recent corporate events (mining right secured and oversubscribed financing) provide the main offset.
