Urbanise.com Ltd has notified the ASX of a change in Director Darc Rasmussen’s interest in the company. Rasmussen has converted 86,250 Performance Rights into the same number of Ordinary Shares, with no cash consideration involved, according to the company’s Employee Share Plan. The shares were estimated to have a face value of $0.44 each based on the closing price on the day before the change.
