Urbanise.com Ltd has reported a significant change in director Darc Rasmussen’s interests, where Rasmussen engaged in an off-market transfer of 86,250 ordinary shares at $0.44 each to The Good Life Corporation Pty Ltd ATF the Good Life Fund, a trust where he is both a director and beneficiary. Following the transaction, the trust’s holding increased to 288,750 fully paid ordinary shares.
