Urbanfund Corp. has announced a dividend for its shareholders at $0.0125 per share for both common and Series A, first preferred shares, with an annualized rate of $0.05. Payable on April 15, 2024, to shareholders on record as of March 28, 2024, the dividend is part of the company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plans, which allow reinvestment at a 5% discount.
