Urbanfund Corp Announces Quarterly Dividend

Urbanfund (TSE:UFC) has released an update.

Urbanfund Corp. has announced a quarterly dividend of $0.0125 per common and Series A preferred share, with a payment date of October 15, 2024, for shareholders on record as of September 30, 2024. The dividend is part of a Dividend Reinvestment Plan that allows shareholders to reinvest dividends with a 5% discount on the company’s common shares. Urbanfund is a Toronto-based real estate development company with assets across Ontario and Quebec, as well as in Nova Scotia.
