Urban Infrastructure Group Inc. has secured a contract to build over 150 new residential units in Pickering, Ontario, valued at $1.5 million, with work set to begin in January. This contract adds to their growing business as they capitalize on a rebound in the home building market, supported by a recent interest rate cut.
