URA Holdings PLC has successfully acquired a majority stake in Prasinus Exploration Pty Ltd, owner of the active Curlew Emerald Mine, enhancing its portfolio in the emerald market. An institutional placing of £425,000 through the issue of new shares funded this strategic move, as well as the company’s existing projects. The Curlew Mine, with a history of large emerald production, is fully equipped for operations and holds promising potential for expansion.
