URA Holdings PLC has officially rebranded as Gem Resources Plc (GEMR), reflecting a strategic shift to focus on colored gemstone mining, with trading under the new name to commence on October 1, 2024. The company remains legally the same with unchanged shareholder rights and share certificate validity. GEMR has also expanded its operations with the acquisition of the Curlew Emerald Mine, complementing the start of production at its Gravelotte Emerald Mine.
