Upland Resources Limited has announced a strategic equity subscription by Malaysian investor K Meranun, subscribing for 42,857,142 new shares at a 12% premium, resulting in £600,000 additional working capital for the company. The new shares will be admitted to the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, significantly impacting the total voting rights with the new total number of Ordinary Shares reaching 1,369,805,271. This financial move is poised to bolster Upland’s business initiatives in Sarawak.
