Upland Resources Limited has announced the approval of 2,500,000 new Ordinary Shares to be listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, effective from 14 June 2024. This move increases the total number of shares in issue to 1,326,948,129, impacting shareholders’ calculations related to their interest notifications as per the FCA’s rules.
