The Group stressed it has no connection with these platforms, has not licensed any third party to use its name or status on gold exchanges, and operates only one official website at https://upbest.com/ alongside two sanctioned mobile apps for securities and commodities trading.

The company warned that any claims or communications originating from the suspected impostor sites, apps or social media channels are unrelated to Upbest and may mislead the public and investors. It has reserved the right to pursue legal action for passing off and unauthorized use of its corporate identity, while urging shareholders and potential investors to rely solely on information released through its official website and formal stock exchange announcements to safeguard their interests.
