United Overseas Bank Limited’s Sydney Branch is set to issue A$1,000,000,000 in Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due in 2028, under the US$30 billion GMTN Programme. The offering, managed by several leading banks, boasts a competitive coupon rate and is expected to receive high credit ratings from major agencies. Notably, the Notes will not be available in the United States or to any U.S. persons, adhering to securities law restrictions.
