In a significant move within the financial sector, United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB), acting on behalf of E2I Ltd., has put forward a voluntary unconditional offer to acquire all issued shares of Silverlake Axis Ltd. not already held by the company as treasury shares or by the offeror. The offer, initially announced on August 26, 2024, was followed by the issuance of an offer document on September 9, 2024. UOB, on September 24, 2024, confirmed that the offer price is final and will not be increased.
