UOB-Kay Hian Holdings Limited has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors and Board Committees, effective May 1, 2024. The reshuffle includes the appointment of Mr. Jason Leow Juan Thong as an Independent Director and a member of the Audit Committee. The reconstituted Board now features a mix of executive, non-independent, and independent directors, with adjustments also made to the Audit, Remuneration, and Nominating Committees.
