UOB-Kay Hian Holdings Limited has addressed the regulatory concerns raised by MAS and SGX by implementing recommended remedial actions and is currently in the process of having these measures validated by an independent external party. The company has completed the review with the independent party and is in discussions with MAS for the conclusion.
