Ltd., has announced a voluntary conditional general offer for all issued ordinary shares of Amara Holdings Limited, excluding treasury shares and those already owned or agreed to be acquired by the Offeror. The offer document and related instructions have been electronically disseminated to Amara’s shareholders, following the Securities Industry Council’s guidelines for electronic dispatch of takeover documents.
