United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) has announced upcoming changes to its Audit Committee and Remuneration and Human Capital Committee, effective from 1 September 2024. Teo Lay Lim will step down from the Audit Committee to join the Remuneration and Human Capital Committee, while the Board has designated Ong Chong Tee as a new independent member of the Audit Committee.
