UnUsUal Ltd. conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 29, 2024, at Kallang Wave Mall in Singapore, with Mr Kelvin Tan Wee Peng chairing the session. The meeting commenced after introducing the Board of Directors and noting the absence of Mr Johnny Ong, the Executive Director and COO. Shareholders were briefed on voting procedures and resolutions, with proxy votes organized and no pre-submitted questions from shareholders before the established cut-off date.
