Universal Technical Institute ( (UTI) ) has issued an update.
Troy Anderson, Universal Technical Institute’s Executive Vice President and CFO, will step down on October 11, 2024, to join another company. His departure is amicable, with no disputes over financial practices. Christine Kline, currently the Chief Accounting Officer, will take over as interim CFO. Kline, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting, has been with the company since February 2020 and has previously worked with notable firms such as Nuverra Environmental Solutions and PetSmart, Inc. The company’s leadership expressed gratitude for Anderson’s significant contributions, particularly during the transformative North Star Strategy, and confidence in Kline’s ability to lead the financial division during the transition.
