Universal Copper Ltd. has received overwhelming support from its securityholders for its acquisition by Vizsla Copper Corp., with over 94% approval for the exchange of outstanding shares and options. The acquisition terms include a generous 60% premium over the weighted share price from the previous month. The finalization of the deal is subject to court approval and customary closing conditions, with expectations to conclude the transaction in April 2024.
