Universal Copper Ltd. is set to hold a special meeting on April 10, 2024, to seek shareholder approval for its planned acquisition by Vizsla Copper Corp. The proposed arrangement will see Vizsla Copper exchanging 0.23 of its own shares for each Universal Copper share, with adjustments made for outstanding options and warrants. The deal aims to consolidate the companies’ resources and enhance value for shareholders, pending the fulfillment of voting requirements and court approval.
