Unity Group Holdings International Limited has announced the appointment of AFG CPA & Company Limited as their new auditor, following the resignation of the previous auditor, BDO. The company is also addressing a delay in publishing its audited annual results for the year ended March 31, 2024, with a new expected publication date of August 31, 2024, and plans to despatch the 2023/2024 Annual Report by September 30, 2024. Trading of the company’s shares will remain suspended on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange until further notice.
