Unity Enterprise Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of their auditor, CWK CPA Limited, effective from 20 August 2024, citing a desire for auditor rotation to enhance corporate governance and a disagreement over audit fees. The company has appointed OOP CPA & Co. to replace CWK and is confident this change will not affect the annual audit or financial results publication for the year ending 31 December 2024. Unity Enterprise expresses gratitude to CWK for past services and welcomes OOP to their new role.
