United Strength Power Holdings Ltd. has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will take place on 5 August 2024 to discuss and potentially approve the LPG Framework Sales Agreement and its proposed annual caps for the next three years. Shareholders are entitled to appoint proxies to vote on their behalf for resolutions which include authorizing directors to finalize the LPG Agreement. The meeting will be held at The Lee Garden One in Hong Kong, with provisions in place for a rescheduled meeting if extreme weather conditions occur.
