United Overseas Director Increases Shareholding

United Overseas Australia Ltd (AU:UOS) has released an update.

United Overseas Australia Limited director Kong Chong Soon @ Chi Suim has increased his stake in the company through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, acquiring an additional 29,431,959 ordinary shares at a value of $16,737,951.17. This transaction, dated 6 June 2024, boosts his total holdings to 1,212,219,245 shares. The company has reported this change under the ASX listing rule 3.19A.2 and section 205G of the Corporations Act.
