United Lithium Corp. has fully acquired the Kietyönmäki Lithium Project in Finland, boosting its ownership to 100% by purchasing the remaining minority stake from Tammela Minerals Oy, a subsidiary of Nortec Minerals Corp. The deal included a $200,000 cash payment and the termination of Tammela’s future royalty rights. This strategic move follows United Lithium’s previous expansion efforts, which have significantly increased the project’s land holdings and potential resource base.
