United Lithium Corp. has successfully completed a $2 million private placement without paying any finder’s fees or commissions, issuing over 6.6 million units to finance the exploration of its properties and general corporate expenses. Each unit consists of one common share and a warrant, with insiders also investing a portion. The securities are restricted from resale until mid-August 2024 and are not registered under the U.S. Securities Act.
