United Lithium Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $2 million by selling units at $0.30 each, with the proceeds intended for exploration and general capital needs. The offering includes one share and a warrant per unit, allowing the purchase of additional shares at $0.40 for 36 months. Additionally, the company has revised the exercise price of previously issued warrants from $0.75 to $0.50 per share.
