The United Laboratories International Holdings Limited has announced a special dividend of RMB 0.12 per share for the financial year ended December 31, 2023, which will be paid to shareholders on July 24, 2024, at the exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.097432. Shareholders must have their documents lodged for registration by July 3, 2024, to be entitled to the dividend, with the ex-dividend date set for July 2, 2024.
