United Laboratories Announces Final Dividend

The United Laboratories International Holdings (HK:3933) has released an update.

The United Laboratories International Holdings Limited has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.28 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, which will be paid at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.097432, amounting to HKD 0.307281 per share. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by July 3, 2024, to be entitled to the dividend, which has a record date of July 5, 2024, and will be paid out on July 24, 2024.
