The United Laboratories International Holdings Limited has announced the approval of a final dividend of RMB28 cents per share and a special dividend of RMB12 cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2023 by its shareholders. These dividends will be paid in Hong Kong dollars, totaling HK$0.438973 per share, and are expected to be distributed to eligible shareholders on 24 July 2024.
