UniSuper Limited, previously a substantial holder in Arena REIT Limited, has ceased to hold this status after a reassessment of their shareholding. The change occurred due to an oversight in the initial calculation, which failed to account for a recent share issue by Arena REIT, thus altering the total market capitalization and UniSuper’s percentage holding. No new associates have been reported in relation to this change in shareholding.
