Unilever PLC Executes Share Buy-Back Plan

Unilever (GB:ULVR) has released an update.

Unilever PLC has announced the buy-back of 411,000 of its ordinary shares, a move consistent with the company’s ongoing share repurchase program. The shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange via BNP Paribas Financial Markets, with prices ranging from GBp 4,846.00 to GBp 4,912.00, and the volume weighted average price standing at GBp 4,873.29. Post-purchase, Unilever PLC’s treasury now holds 31,585,273 ordinary shares, with the total issued shares amounting to 2,489,912,065, excluding those held in treasury.
