Unilever Continues Share Buy-Back Initiative

Unilever (GB:ULVR) has released an update.

Unilever PLC has actively engaged in its share buy-back programme, repurchasing 98,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging from GBP 48.3700 to GBP 48.7000 per share on the London Stock Exchange. The company’s treasury now holds 29,426,273 shares following the latest transaction. This move is part of a larger buy-back strategy Unilever previously announced and is being executed through their broker Goldman Sachs International.
