Unilever PLC has announced the buy-back of 125,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging between GBP 48.2500 and GBP 48.4900, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program. Following the transaction, the company now holds over 29 million shares in treasury, reducing the number of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) to approximately 2.49 billion.
