Unigold Inc. has announced that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the extension of the expiry dates for over 24 million share purchase warrants until December 31, 2024. These warrants allow holders to buy Unigold’s common shares at $0.30 each and are part of two private placements completed in May 2023. The extension also includes warrants held by insiders, which is considered a ‘related party transaction’, but falls within regulatory exemptions.
