Unifiedpost Group has signed an agreement to sell its 21 Grams division to PostNord Strålfors for a cash and debt-free enterprise value of SEK 200 million, with potential adjustments. The deal includes an exclusive partnership, enabling PostNord Strålfors to distribute Banqup and other B2B digital products across the Nordic region.
