Unifi (UFI) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Andrew J. (“A.J.”) Eaker was appointed as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of the Company on January 30, 2024. He has been with the company since June 2017, holding various financial positions and most recently serving as Treasurer and Interim CFO since August 2023. His appointment does not result from any arrangements with other persons, he has no familial ties to the company’s executives or directors, and there are no reportable transactions between him and the Company.
