Unidata S.P.A. ( (IT:UD) ) has shared an update.
Unidata S.p.A., the Rome-based telecoms, cloud and IoT provider listed on Euronext Milan’s STAR Segment, has called a shareholders’ meeting for 11 May 2026 to appoint a new Board of Statutory Auditors. After the original 16 April 2026 deadline, only one slate of candidates was filed by majority shareholder Uninvest S.r.l., triggering a regulated extension.
Under Italian market rules, the company has reopened the window for submitting additional slates until 19 April 2026, cutting the minimum shareholding threshold in half to 1.25%. The move is intended to encourage broader shareholder participation in shaping the oversight body, with all slates and related documents to be made publicly available via Unidata’s registered office, authorized storage system and corporate website.
