Unicorn AIM VCT (GB:UAV) has released an update.

Unicorn AIM VCT PLC has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 834,951 of its own ordinary shares, which is about 0.44% of its issued share capital, at a price of 93.0 pence per share. This action has reduced the number of ordinary shares in circulation to 190,926,981. The transaction is part of the company’s efforts to manage its share capital efficiently.
