Unicorn AIM VCT plc has issued 815,925 new Ordinary Shares at 105 pence each to shareholders opting for shares instead of cash for the interim dividend. The shares will be listed on the London Stock Exchange and will bring the total voting rights to 191,761,932 Ordinary Shares. This move allows shareholders to reinvest their dividends and potentially affect their shareholding percentage in the company.
