Unico Silver Completes Strategic Joaquin Acquisition

E2 Metals Ltd. (AU:USL) has released an update.

Unico Silver Limited has completed its acquisition of the Joaquin Project, which includes two significant properties with historical estimates of 73 million ounces of silver equivalent. The acquisition strategically positions the company for future development with its proximity to USL’s Cerro Leon resource and includes the potential for expanding mineral estimates through a planned exploration program. The deal, valued at an initial USD$2 million from existing cash reserves, also encompasses operational infrastructure and a long-term access agreement.
