Unico Silver Limited has announced the strategic acquisition of the Joaquin Silver District, which includes two significant properties totaling over 35,000 hectares and a historical estimate of 73 million ounces of silver equivalent. The deal, costing USL an initial $2 million with further payments tied to developmental milestones, consolidates the region under USL’s ownership, promising to enhance future development options and economic scale. USL plans to immediately commence comprehensive exploration to increase resources and transition to a JORC compliant resource.
