Unicharm Corporation announced the cancellation of a planned capital increase from its subsidiary, Uni.Charm(Thailand) Co., Ltd., to another subsidiary, UNICHARM MYANMAR CO., LTD., due to foreign currency remittance restrictions and other business environment concerns in Myanmar. The decision is not expected to significantly impact the company’s consolidated financial results.
