Unicaja Banco Completes 100 Million Euro Share Buyback

Unicaja Banco SA has successfully completed its share buyback program, purchasing 83,399,011 shares at a total cost of 100 million euros, representing about 3.14% of its share capital. The buyback, concluded on September 23, 2024, is part of a capital reduction strategy decided at the General Shareholders’ Meeting in April. Detailed trading data for the period between September 16 and September 23 is provided, with transactions conducted across several trading centers including XMAD, CEUX, and TQEX.
