Uni-Bio Science Group Ltd. has announced a loan novation agreement where a new borrower, the holding company of the original borrower, will assume an RMB8,500,000 loan. This transaction, while not discloseable under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, is considered a connected transaction, subject to certain announcement and reporting requirements. The agreement, reached after arm’s length negotiation, is deemed fair and in the interest of the company’s shareholders.
