Uni-Bio Science Group Limited has disclosed a change in the internal shareholding structure within the family of chairman and executive director Kingsley Leung, triggered by a family arrangement involving several controlled entities and a family trust. Despite transfers among MJKPC Holdings, Lord Profit Limited, Automatic Result Limited and Skill Hand Limited, the Leung family’s aggregate holding remains at 1,790,391,464 shares, or about 29.98% of issued shares.
