China State Construction International Holdings has announced that unclaimed dividends from 2017 and 2018 will be forfeited and revert to the company if not claimed by shareholders before September 5, 2024. Shareholders who have not received their dividends for the mentioned periods are urged to contact the company’s share registrar, Tricor Standard Limited, well in advance of the deadline. This measure follows the company’s articles of association regarding unclaimed dividends after a six-year period.
