Life Healthcare Group, now known as King International Investment Limited, announced unanimous support for all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting held on September 13, 2024. Shareholders voted in favor of adopting audited financial statements, re-electing directors, and authorizing the board to manage share dealings, with nearly all resolutions passing with 100% approval. The only exceptions were the re-election of certain executive directors and two resolutions concerning share dealings, which passed with 99.99% support.
