China State Construction Development Holdings Limited announced that its shareholders have unanimously passed a resolution during the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on June 25, 2024. The resolution concerns the approval and ratification of the New COLI Framework Agreement and New COLI Works Caps for a three-year period starting from July 2024. The EGM voting results reflected 100% approval from the independent shareholders who voted.
